Co\u017e znamen\u00e1 \u2013 osoba, kterou jmenuje do t\u00e9to funkce soud nebo Ministerstvo financ\u00ed. Znaleck\u00fd posudek je v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f jen o nemovitosti Jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem soudn\u00ed znalec z\u00edsk\u00e1 informace o nemovitosti? Jeho povinnost\u00ed je nemovitost nav\u0161t\u00edvit, zm\u011b\u0159it anebo rozm\u011bry z\u00edskat z v\u00fdkres\u016f.
