Mnoho lid\u00ed si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee kdy\u017e nebudou m\u00edt kvalitn\u00ed a pestrou stravu, \u017ee to v\u016fbec nevad\u00ed a \u017ee to nem\u00e1 v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vliv na to na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed. Jenom\u017ee tohle je opravdu velik\u00fd omyl. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk, i kdy\u017e se bude cp\u00e1t nezdrav\u00fdm j\u00eddlem a bude st\u00e1le jenom j\u00edst fastfoody, tak potom nem\u016f\u017ee o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee bude \u0161t\u00edhl\u00fd a \u017ee bude zdrav\u00fd.Na\u0161e t\u011blo tak\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuje opravdu dostatek ovoce a zeleniny. J\u00e1 si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee tohle snad v\u00ed asi ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk. V\u00ed to i ten \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd t\u0159eba v\u016fbec nej\u00ed ovoce a zeleninu, ale m\u011blo by se to j\u00edst. J\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad ned\u00e1m v\u016fbec dopustit na to, abych t\u0159eba i jeden\u00a0den nebyla bez zeleniny anebo bez ovoce. Tak\u00e9 m\u00e1m moc r\u00e1da maso j\u00edm hlavn\u011b ku\u0159ec\u00ed a vep\u0159. Tohle mi nejv\u00edce chutn\u00e1 a je to tak\u00e9 zdrav\u00fd, proto\u017ee vep\u0159ov\u00fdm mase je pr\u00e1v\u011b opravdu hodn\u011b kolagenu. A k\u00a0\u010demu je dobr\u00fd kolagen pro na\u0161e vlasy nehty k\u016f\u017ei a tak podobn\u011b? Tohle bychom m\u011bli j\u00edst opravdu \u010dasto, ale ne zase ka\u017ed\u00fd den dozv\u011bd\u011bla jsem se, \u017ee pro na\u0161e t\u011blo a pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e budeme m\u00edt j\u00edst alespo\u0148 jednou\u00a0t\u00fddn\u011b n\u011bjak\u00e9 maso. A jak jste na tom vy s potravinami? Tak\u00e9 j\u00edte opravdu zdravou potravinu. T\u0159eba ovoce a zeleninu. J\u00e1 si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee bez toho na\u0161e t\u011blo opravdu nem\u016f\u017ee norm\u00e1ln\u011b fungovat, ale jsou lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed t\u0159eba pracuj\u00ed na sm\u011bny a nemaj\u00ed \u010das, aby si ud\u011blali opravdu zdravou stravu, aby t\u0159eba m\u011bli opravdu pravideln\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek. K tomu potom slou\u017e\u00ed takov\u00e9 krabi\u010dky, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 se tomu krabi\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.
